Just returned from the 43rd Vicenza Course on AKI, CRRT, EBPT, and Critical Care Nephrology. It was as intense, packed, and thought-provoking as expected.

Over three days in Vicenza, we covered everything from AKI definitions to CRRT dosing debates, from extracorporeal blood purification to whether it’s ever too early (or too late) to start RRT.

Now, back to real life, where patients don’t come with lecture slides. Looking forward to applying what we learned — and to seeing many of you again at the next round of critical care conversations.
